I heard about it my entire career at Berkeley, "THE PLAY," but I've never seen it in its entirety until now.

The setting: 1982's "Big Game" between Cal and Stanford. John Elway, then a Cardinal, had just lead Stanford on a long touchdown drive that put them in the lead.

THE PLAY: Cal got the ball back in an onside kick with only seconds left on the clock. To win, they had to somehow go three quarters of the length of the field and score a touchdown. This is how they did it:
